Adoption Pending
Meet our lil' Lokii , her unique name is a derivative of the celestial being Loki, one of mischief.
Lokii is all puppy. Her foster parents feel she would do best in a home where if there are children that they be over the age of 5 years. She's a lot of fun. Lokii gets along with dogs and people. She is still working on getting the knack of the down command, so she needs an owner that's not afraid of doing some obedience with her. She does sit and stay now.
Update:
YAY Lokii will now do a "down" ! She is also fascinated with snow! as where she lives had thier first snow fall yesterday ... what a curious girl she is.
She loves the snow and doesn't want to come back inside with you until her lil piggies just cannot take the cold anymore .. It is so much fun to watch!
Lokii bonds with people very well, but she gets a little anxious around large groups of people. We figure this will fade away with age.
She is happy when she sees her people come home each day with tail wags and smiles. Lokii does an excellent job of sitting and waiting politely for her dinner bowl. She does a great "stay" until released!
She heels pretty well going out to the mailbox with her foster Mom. She uses her foster Dad as a shield to hide from cats.
Lokii knows to steer clear of other dogs while they are eating.
She loves cuddle time and of course Mr. Bunny, as you can see in her photo. Her foster parents figure when she gets adopted if Mr Bunny is still intact, he will have to be "adopted" with her .
Lokii would make most any family a wonderful pet, best would be a home willing to give her a "job" to do such as agility or lure coursing!
If you have a lap that you're willing to share and time for obedience then fill out an application for Lokii. She will be available the first of December once she has recovered from her spay surgery.
Lokii does have a slight overbite but her foster parents say once she wins you over, which takes just a second, it isn't even noticed Check out her photos it isn't even noticeable
