Bailey was born the first part of May 2017.  She and her litter mates (Gibson & Murphy) were left in a box at a gas station in a small town in OK.  The local shelter is not equipped to care for tiny puppies and contacted us.  We believe Bailey is a lab mix.

Bailey and her siblings have been in their foster home for about three weeks.  We are working on establishing a routine and of course kennel & house training.  The pups have very few accidents in the house now.  We are getting ready to start on basic obedience like sit and wait – Mom will be happy with a few seconds wait at this point.  All three are very curios pups and like to get into everything so puppy proofing your house is a must!  When it is time to settle down, Bailey is happy to sleep in your arms, find a soft pillow or run to her kennel for a nap. Bailey is extremely cuddly and almost turns to jello in your arms and will sit there for hours (we have yet to test this time limit).

Mom often whispers in my ear that I am her favorite because I am such a good girl.  That makes me happy and I give her kisses to show how much I love her too.  Mom also calls me an old soul – whatever that means.  I love to play with my brothers, my foster brother Koda Bear (a 5 year old Rottweiler) and Fawn (a 9 year old female rottie mix).  Mom calls Fawn a fun hater as she thinks she is the boss and likes to put us puppies in our place.  That is ok because I think it is a game and just roll on my back and give her kisses.  I live with cats too but they are no fun so I just ignore them.  I am very content sitting on a soft pillow and watching everyone run around and play.
