BIO:  My foster mom says I'm a big baby, but she also says my name is Bear. :D I am about 2 years old, I'm neutered, and I've had all of my shots and worming done.

I am a BIG, handsome boy...about 105lbs.  I have a big head and a really soulful look that I use on my foster mom all the time.  She keeps telling me "don't look at me like that!" when I get in trouble or I want a cookie.  I also have some super cool, kinda weird double dewclaws on my back feet!!

I had a family before I came to live with my foster mom.  There was a mom and dad, and a little girl and a baby.  I LOVED the little girl.  And I LOVE my foster mom's kids, too, especially the medium tall one.  When I see her, I wiggle my rear and give her kisses.  Now these older people, I don't like them as much.  I like to pretend that I don't want them to pet me, and sometimes I'll growl a little, but then when they stop, I look at them and wonder why they stopped.  I'm trying really hard to fix my manners about having the big people touch me.  I've gotten better.  Sometimes my foster family has visitors, and as long as the visitors let me check them out and take their time greeting me, I am usually happy to see them.

I live with two other dogs and another foster dog.  One is a puppy and she's really fun to play with!!  I'm pretty gentle with her even though she's a lot smaller than me.  The other two dogs are older than me and sometimes they growl at me, and I really don't like that.  So my foster mom mostly just lets me play with the puppy.  I think I'd like other dogs if they were laid back and passive though.

I am a very smart guy!!  I know sit, down, shake, and kennel.  I LOVE treats and I'll do just about anything for one.  I like car rides too, I ride in the back of mom's Durango just fine.  I get a little nervous but Mom tells me I'm okay.  I stayed at a boarding kennel when Mom went to Florida, and I did really well there!!  I loved to play with Nylabones, stuffed animals, and Kongs.  I do pretty well in my kennel, too.  Mom says I'm a big couch potato.

So anyway, I like my foster family and they are really helping me to become a better canine citizen and brushing up my manners so that I can have a forever family soon.  I like that idea.  I was really sad when I had to leave my first family. I hope I don't have to ever do that again.  Maybe you know someone who wants a big, goofy, handsome guy like me to be their forever dog??
