Fundraising Coordinator & Assistant Fundraising Coordinator

In charge of coordinating development and implementation of fundraisers, assisting member groups in setting up fundraisers in their local area, and initiates and communicates to the membership about all fundraising drives and fund raising opportunities.  Responsible for ensuring any expenses or funds raised are submitted in a timely and accurate fashion to the Treasurer.  If you would like to apply for this position, please make sure you have submitted a volunteer application (using the link below) and then email us at info@adoptarott.org

Assistant Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for interviewing new volunteer applicants and checking applicant references. If applicants are approved, the Volunteer Coordinator must assist them in accessing the member website and email lists. Assistant Technical Coordinator

The technical coordinator is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the public and member websites, to include backend scripting, database and content management software. Responsible for ensuring the domain name and web host accounts are kept in good standing. The Technical Coordinator can do this alone, or work with area experts in each specialty. Assistant Foster Home Coordinator

The Foster Home Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and assisting foster homes. The Foster Home Coordinator ensures that foster homes are adequately caring for and training their foster dog. The Foster Home Coordinator works in conjunction with the K-9 Coordinator to monitor dogs needing assistance and determining if dogs are suitable for placement within the foster program. The Foster Home Coordinator must submit all dogs suitable for foster to the Board. The Board of Directors must vote to approve the dog for foster placement. Assistant K9 Coordinator

K9 Coordinator monitors the email and web calls daily; responds to those inquiries and follows up; corresponds with shelters about potential dogs for intake to MARR; gathers information for dog intake form; inquires with FHC and group for possible foster homes for a particular dog; puts dog up for vote if potential foster home is available.  If you would like to apply for this position, please make sure you have submitted a volunteer application (using the link below) and then email us at info@adoptarott.org

Assistant Adoptions Coordinator

The Adoptions Coordinator is responsible for assessing all incoming adoption applications to determine if they should be processed within our organization or referred to a local rescue. If the applicant is in our area the Adoptions Coordinator requests for a volunteer to process the application. After the application has been assigned the Adoptions Coordinator must monitor and insure the application is completed, following processing guidelines, in a timely manner. If the application had negative feedback, the Adoptions Coordinator must communicate to the applicant that their application has been denied. If the application had positive feedback, the application must be submitted to the Board of Directors for a vote. If approved by the Board, the Adoptions Coordinator must communicate to the applicant that their application was approved and a search is performed to match the applicant with a suitable dog.  The Adoptions Coordinator will maintain and submit any and all paperwork involved with these adoption applications to the Secretary for permanent filing of said records  If you would like to apply for this position, please make sure you have submitted a volunteer application (using the link below) and then email us at info@adoptarott.org
