Sadie was found emaciated by a farmer and after searching for her owners, she found herself at the local pound where she captured the heart of a local volunteer. When you visit her in the pound, she is very happy to see you as she jumps up and down, her tail wags and she barks a happy “hello!”. She is very good on a leash and when taken for walks, she is nose to the ground the entire time. She has no problem with you touching her anywhere, even her paws and teeth. Sadie even enjoyed visiting the vet when he gave her shots.
Sadie’s major downfall is that she does not get along with other dogs so she will need to be an only dog. Whoever adopts her will need to teach her boundaries and that her human is there to love and protect her for the rest of her life.
