Characteristics:  Ryder was born on November 4, 2022 to my sister’s full breed Rottweiler after an accidental meetup with a stray dog. That stray was adopted by my sister and his DNA indicated he was a Husky mix. Both dogs were spayed/neutered to prevent any more accidental litters. Ryder was one of 8 puppies and the only one with the most beautiful blue eyes I have ever seen. At the time we agreed to take him, we had two other large dogs. He was raised with them and a cat in our house with a 6′ privacy fence. He is a good dog, albeit still a puppy. He is very vocal at times thanks to the Husky in him. He loves giving kisses and running. He is not a couch potato and only likes to cuddle on his terms. He loves puzzle feeders. He is house broken and kennel trained when we are gone and at night. He knows simple commands like sit and laydown. He is food/treat motivated. Unfortunately, after a recent breakup, his dog brothers left with my ex. He has been lonely and spends a lot of time in the kennel due to my daughter being selected on a traveling athletic team and having to have her at practice most evenings after work. Ryder has a lot of love to give a family who has more time to spend with him. He is a quick learner and will do anything for a treat. He is healthy and has had all vet visits and vaccines and in on Flea/Tick/Heartworm preventative. I will provide his kennel and enough food for his transition.
