Meet Bobbi Jean! A 7 year old female/spayed Rottie/Black Mouth Curr mix (be believe). She is located at the Humane Society of Bay County in Panama City, FL and has been available for adoption since September 9th, of 2014. She has aggression issues towards other animals and would do best in a home with no small children and low traffic. She is a very sweet girl once you get to know her so please take some time to check out some details about her. 🙂 Her hobbies include: going for walks (she does amazing off leash in a secured area), carrying around her stuffed monkey, and swimming. Likes: chasing lizards, running through bushes, playing hide and seek, and going for car rides.Dislikes: going outside in the rain and being ignored.Good habits: Potty trained, not possessive of toys, food, or treats, walks really well on leash, stays by you off leash, listens when called, very treat motivated, knows how to sit, lay, and roll over. not so good habits: barks at strangers, stubborn at times, if she doesn’t want to go a certain way while walking she tries to pull out of her collar, jumps into ponds whether you like it or not.Ideal home would be someone that lives in the country or just has plenty of land. She is not an outside dog, but she loves to explore and then come in to retire in a comfy bed. Someone that is planning to have children, multiple pets, or move soon is not a good fit for her. Children above the age of 10 she is fine with, just anyone that is able to understand her and respect her boundaries. What she needs is a steady place to become comfortable to live out the rest of her life, and a person that understands she is not like every other dog. If you are seriously interested, please contact us at (850)215-7120 or email adoptions@adoptme.org. Staff is willing to travel with her if it means her finally getting a forever home. If you can’t adopt, then please share her story. Someone you know may be perfect for her!
