- Characteristics: Jeany is a very sweet young, tank of a girl. Her previous owner had to surrender her to the shelter due to health issues and now fault of Jeany’s. Her own stated that Jeany had gone to the dog parks and been around children. But at the shelter she has mixed reactions with a staff dog and seemed a little too intense around small children. She was interested in cats and small animals in their enclosure buy did not have any prey drive towards them. Jeany LOVES toys, she will trade for food but does have some mile resource guarding which includes hovering, low growl, lip lift. She appears to have a very high bite inhibition as the ACO would still take the toy despite all those signs. She will definitely need a confident owner who can help her be confident as well. But she is overall a fairly well balanced young dog who will only get better with positive training.
