Characteristics: Lucky is a fun lovable dog! He loves to play fetch but likes to play keep away from you. When he hasn’t seen you all day he runs right up to and fall to your feet and lays down as he loves to be rubbed on. When he is in a room and we are present he wants to be close so he will be laying or playing right by your side. Very protective and maybe a little spoiled but when we move he moves. We go to another room he is following. He loves taking a bath and getting brushed. He actually sits still for these things. Loves and needs toys as he likes to chew. He loves to chew on big bones and his favorite treat of all the ones we have given him is Milk Bones. We currently feed him Purina Pro Plan. Plays well with other dogs of all sizes and with kids.

Notes from evaluator: Lucky is very sweet and had the most love drenched puppy dog eyes for his current mom and dad. He definitely was more interested in gaining their love and approval than mine while I was there haha! Lucky is very energetic as he is still a puppy.  He will need basic obedience training as he does jump but he know sit,,down, shake and come.   He did show some hesitancy when I first reached out to stroke him but once he was more comfortable with me, he let me pet him with no problems.  Lucky walks well on a leash (per the owner) and does not have resource guarding tendencies for toys or food.  I don’t have any real concerns of him integrating well into a new home. I wouldn’t say a rottie savvy owner is a \*must\* but he does need some strong, patient redirection and instruction and he needs exercise desperately. Lucky spends a lot of time in his crate due to work schedules and really needs a home where he can get lots of exercise and stimulation.  Lucky has a lot of love to give!
