Characteristics: Rocky is a happy friendly boy who knows sit and shake. He came into the shelter as a stray.. He loves people and is still very puppyish. He shares his toys with other dogs through the fence! Rocky has not shown any food or toy aggression but he will need basic training and leash training. He was just neutered at shelter and has humping tendencies which should subside as his testosterone levels decrease following the neuter.
