Characteristics: Toby came into the shelter as a stray. He is anxious at the shelter with all the other dogs but did very well with his evaluation. He was super friendly and just wants pets and attention. Toby will need decompression after he leaves shelter environment as he gets over-stimulated with all the activity at the shelter. Toby has kennel cough currently. He is urgent at the shelter because they only allow approximately a week for strays and he needs a foster ASAP. Deadline is approx 4/15! Toby is a good boy who deserves a home where he will be loved and cared for!
